A partner runs Whisper Endpoint as a managed line under their own brand, multi-tenant, an account per client, a monthly report they bill for. If a provider governs your fleet, they can deliver this as their service, on EU-sovereign infrastructure.

Anyone can verify any Whisper identity with stock dig -x, resolve it, and check the tamper-evident ledger, anchored at the IANA root, with no key and no cost. Verification is a public property, so we never gate it.
The control plane, with your key
Provision a host or agent, govern its egress, read its logs, and revoke it worldwide at DNS-TTL, all with your API key. This is the paid product: one price per protected seat, everything included.
A key-holder gets provision, govern and revoke. Everyone, key or not, gets to verify. That two-tier line is the same one that runs through the whole product.
